Before the Soviets came to power, the Čiobiškis orphanage was managed and the children were raised by a Benedictine monk. He brought up very patriotically. Thus, at the end of 1944 and the beginning of 1945, the district headquarters was located in the children's home. A. Snieginas does not know why he did not hate the partisans. One day, the well, whose water was used for cooking, was simply stolen... When the partisans found out about it, they skinned him. After some time, after getting angry, he secretly went to Musninki and informed the partisans about the partisans located in the children's home.
