    A stately monument to look up to.
    Interpretation: The Victory Monument, placed in a flower bed on viale Toschi, is framed in a frame placed on the ground and decorated with vegetable wreaths tied with ribbons and bordered by stone pillars and iron chains. In the center, on a square plinth, two steps with moldings and another frame with leaves, on which is placed a high plinth with a square section, on the fronts of which are the tombstones with inscriptions, some of which have now disappeared. The tombstones have a simple frame in high relief, decorated at the top with two volutes and a central shell. Above another series of moldings decorated with denticles and ovules, the base of the column is surrounded by four angular eagles with wings outstretched connected by a wreath of laurel leaves tied with ribbons. The shaft of the column, covered with slabs of white marble, it is decorated with a bronze wreath of oak leaves that wraps in a spiral and holds a sword placed vertically, pointing upwards. Above a composite capital stands the bronze statue of the winged Victory, one foot resting on a globe and holding a palm branch in her arms.
