Located directly on the L1184 between Herrenberg and Hildrizhausen. There is also a hiking car park here.

Story
This small building certainly has its history. It is mentioned under the name Stellhäusle in the description of the Herrenberg Oberamt from 1855 as a striking viewpoint, but nothing is said about its history there, although the author Eduard Paulus (the older) was very interested in history and also knew Schönbuch well.
The Hildrizhausen Local History Interest Group writes a short treatise.
The year the Stellenhäusle was built is not known and it is very likely that the Stellenhäusle was once a chapel and no such effort would have been made for a shelter or a waiting house. This is all plausible if the house existed before the Reformation - but unfortunately there is no evidence of this.
