And when the days get shorter again towards the end of the year, a visit to the perennial garden is particularly worthwhile: Autumn asters, coneflowers and anemones are preparing their big blossom festival. The name "Aster" is borrowed from the Greek and means "star". In addition to the autumn aster, there are also summer asters that bloom from July to September in the perennial garden: the lavender-blue aster frikartii or the gold-haired aster with their yellow, spherical flowers are well-known.
