From Krackow, an asphalt bicycle road in the right side of the road, created on the trail of the former narrow-gauge railway CPO Casekow-Penkun-Oder (Casekow - Szczecin Pomorzany). Picturesquely undulating, it runs all the way to Hohenholz. Then turn right just before Hohenholz - at the restored 22 km railway sign. There are no traces of the queue in Hohenholz itself. Until recently, there was a well-preserved ramp here. There is also no information about the station / stop. Then the excellent Ladenthin - Hohenholz cycle route begins. Created on the old CPO. At the beginning, it is smooth asphalt, then it turns into a few kilometers of beautiful gravel and finally returns to asphalt again. Along the way, numerous restored signs of the next kilometers of the railway and an old stone signpost "Stettin 19km". And so we arrive at Ladenthin. Here, on the track of the railway, a narrow asphalt road was created. Then the railway turned sharply to the right to reach (now across the border) the village of Barnisław on the Polish side. From Ladenthin to the border, a short bicycle path was made on the track of the railway (unfortunately, it is now used more often by farmers than cyclists). Unfortunately, it ends evenly at the DE/PL border. The CPO Casekow-Penkun-Oder line was built at the end of the 19th century and started from the state railway station in Casekow. It ended in Szczecin in the Pomorzany district. In the season, the largest part of transport was beet delivered to the Sugar Plant in Gumieńce in Szczecin.
The small railway line was in operation from April 1899 to 1945. In 1945 it was dismantled as reparations to the Soviet Union. The entire moving material was also handed over as reparations.
