The village church in Polzow is a rectangular hall built of hewn field stone from the 16th century with a boarded roof tower over the western gable, which was probably built in the 18th century. The windows and the entrance portal on the west side were rebuilt in the 19th century in the neo-gothic style. There is a small ossuary on the east side of the church and two small ogival windows in the gable on the east side. The church together with the cemetery, where there is also a cemetery, is surrounded by a field stone wall. The church was completely renovated in 2004 and then re-consecrated.
The interior has a flat ceiling and depicts biblical scenes from the Old Testament and flagellation ornaments. Like the Last Supper on the eastern wall, the painting is probably from Erich Kistenmacher of Berlin in 1910 or, according to other sources, from 1914/15. The pulpit with rear wall and sound shield dates from the 17th century and has panels between the columns in the basket.
The only bell in the Polzów church was cast in 1704 by Johann Jacob Schulz from Berlin
