Did you think that nothing will surprise you in Masuria? Well, we invite you to the Ściborska Republic - a "separate state" in Masuria, where unique legal regulations apply and we will be really close to the Masurian nature.
A little known, but charming place, located somewhere among the Masurian forests, is the Ściborska Republic. Searching for treasures in an Indian village, dog sled rides (both in winter and summer) and conquering Masurian forests with a guide are attractions that are unusual for Masuria, which you can taste in this place.
This place has its own border (barrier and border booth) and separate laws and rules. It is an ecological settlement, a habitat belonging to Justyna and Dariusz Morsztyn.
It is located in the wildest region of Masuria Garbate, in the Banie Mazurskie commune. It is an authentic wilderness, one kilometer from the tiny village of Ściborki, inhabited mainly by people of Ukrainian origin, on the edge of the Skaliska Forest and the Klewińskie Mountains.
In the settlement, we can learn about the life and culture of North American Indians, Inuit and trappers.
It is also the seat of the Scouting Movement for Environmental Protection. st.
