The castle was built in 1889 by the von Holz family. It is a two-storey building built on the layout of the letter "L" with a tower in the middle covered with a hip roof. The porch has a rectangular shape and protrudes in front of the wall, which is covered with a roof. The entire palace has a basement. The property is surrounded by a farm with a landscaped park and a pond. After the war, the castle was intended as a village club and kindergarten. Currently there are private apartments in it.

In 2008, a fire broke out in the Rogawicki Palace. The cause was a power cable that had caught fire. One of the residents, noticing the fire, decided to put it out by pouring water over the pipe. The fire started to spread.

In 2010, another fire broke out in the palace. The reason was that the residents of the palace used a burner to thaw the pipes. Since there is a wooden floor inside, the fire spread quickly.

In 2011, the Board of Directors of the Dom nad Słupią housing cooperative in Słupsk decided to transfer the cooperative's debtors to social housing. Therefore, the cooperative bought the palace from the Agricultural Property Agency. They renovated one of the wings of the palace where the rooms were converted into 6 apartments. The three larger ones were intended for sale, while the smaller one-room apartments with kitchenette, bathroom and separate cellar were to be used as social housing.
