You can hike along narrow paths with wooden railings through the lady's slipper area, which is cared for and maintained with great commitment by the Tyrolean mountain rescue service. The highly endangered orchid species blooms every year between mid-May and mid-June and at this time of year you can walk through a magnificent carpet of flowers. But even outside of this time, information boards tell you about other plant species that grow here.

As the lady's slipper is a strictly protected and very sensitive species, please stay on the paths to preserve this natural splendor for the future. Bicycles and dogs are not permitted.
