    One of two-foot bridges across the River Stour in these meadows. The views up and down stream are nice and if you're very lucky you may spot an otter here.
    The two arches of an old railway bridge are visible to the west. This is the last remains of the old railway line that served Blandford Forum. The line was closed in 1966 and most of the bridge demolished, it's not clear why this bit remains.

    Now only two spans remain and are preserved by the Blandford Railway Arches Trust. The railway bridge was built by the Somerset and Dorset Railway around 1880 and was demolished after the line closed in 1966 as part of the Beeching cuts.
