In the central city park, in the open mineral water vaporization tower-pavilion of original architecture with a mineral water fountain and salt gallery, the mineral water flowing through the walls of the vaporizer, under the influence of the sun and wind, spontaneously evaporates in the tower itself and even within a radius of 50-80 m around it allows you to breathe healthy minerals enriched, "marine effect" air. Air enriched with drops of mineral water has the same effect as breathing sea air, so you will feel as if you are walking on the seashore. Mineral water is supplied to the evaporation tower "Druskupis" from the mineral water well named "Rūta". The "sea effect" air emitted by the vaporizer allows for a complex combination of rehabilitation procedures performed in Birštonas sanatoriums and healing with natural factors of nature, which will only further strengthen the treatment effect and help the sick to get back on their feet faster. Breathing in air saturated with salts is especially useful for patients with various respiratory diseases, among other things, this type of air is good for the skin - under the influence of mineral water, it becomes smoother, more elastic and brighter.
