Cascata Staubbach

The Staubbach Falls is a 297-meter-high waterfall in Lauterbrunnen, whose water falls from the left flank of the Lauterbrunnen Valley in the Bernese Oberland to the valley floor. In conjunction with the regularly occurring thermals, the water is sprayed in all directions, which gave the waterfall its name. The falls are accessible in summer via a rock gallery. The rest of the time the path is closed due to icefall and possible rockfall. The Staubbach Falls are one of those waterfalls that form on the shoulders of the glacial trough valleys in the Alps. The high, vertical rocks over which the streams plunge into the depths were created as a result of the glacial grinding during the cold periods. The Staubbach Falls are one of the highest waterfalls in Switzerland after the Seerenbach Falls on Lake Walen.

A beautiful valley with numerous waterfalls. However, it is very crowded with tourists.
In Lauterbrunnen you can also do other leisure activities, such as wingsuit flying. You usually see a lot of people here.
