In addition to the beautiful view of the beautiful Brekkevossen waterfall, you also have a beautiful view of the fjords (it is a tough climb but definitely worth it).
If you have arrived in Flåm with a cruise ship, you can see it in the distance.

Though it is easily visible from the famous Flåm railway, Brekkefossen is a waterfall that is very much ignored. Brekkefossen flumes down near the town of Flåm from a high hanging valley, dropping a total of about 1,790 feet but because of the narrow, twisting shape of the gully it descends, only a very small portion of the falls can be easily seen – a veiling plunge near the bottom of the formation which drops about 377 feet (115m). Because there did not appear to be anywhere to actually view the additional tiers of the falls there is effectively no way to properly judge the significance of this waterfall, even though its height and volume would seem to indicate it to be a waterfall of otherwise major significance.
