The Museum of Czechoslovak Fortifications on Stachelberg represents the largest artillery fortress built in pre-war Czechoslovakia. A part of the fortress underground, including all five sixty-meter barrack halls, is accessible to visitors. The first part of the exhibition is located in the finished infantry cabin T - S 73 codenamed "Polom".
The tour of the underground with a guide takes about 60 minutes. Part of the visitor's circuit is also a visit to the armed light object vz.37, the ropík, as well as the reconstructed trench system, obstacles and several objects reconstructed in different forms.
In the vicinity of the fortress, you can see four more completed heavy buildings, around which the educational trail connects the Stachelberg fortress with a line of separate infantry cabins in a seven-kilometer section between the defunct village of Vernířovice at the foot of Dvorské les and Libčí near Trutnov, where the trail ends at a unique building for frontal fire T - S 63.
