You'd have to request use of the trail from the municipality. However, sitting down and enjoying the magnificent view shouldn't be a problem! The entire setting is beautifully designed, and there are plenty of seating areas with romantic panoramic views near the Huxlay Hut. It's a great place to linger or start a hike.

There are also a few parking spaces right on the Huxlay Plateau.

You'll have to make sure you find the right path through the vineyards and then hope there's no oncoming traffic on the narrow path!
