The Sint-Margaritakerk, also popularly known as the 'Begijnhofkerk', is a church in the Belgian city of Lier, province of Antwerp. She is part of the Liers beguinage. The church is on the list of the UNESCO World Heritage.[2]

The three-aisled St. Margarita Church is dedicated to Margaret of Antioch, who is also patroness of the Liers beguinage. The construction of the church started in 1664 and lasted more than 100 years[3][4], because the beguines financed the church themselves. This long construction period is visible on the facade. The church has a Baroque facade from the 17th century, above which volutes and a lantern were placed in the 18th century. The interior is baroque, and the bell tower is rococo. The first part of the church was consecrated in 1671. The Stations of the Cross are scattered here and there across the beguinage.
