The estate dates from 1860 and is located on top of the Oudeberg, next to the famous Wall of Geraardsbergen. The Orangerie Les Roses is one of three locations on the estate, together with the castle and a 4-hectare park. It can accommodate up to 175 people and has three rooms. The Château de la Montagne, then called Château de la Montagne, has its current appearance after a major renovation in 1889-1890.
