The Puig de l'Àliga is a mountain located in the last foothills to the south of the Garraf massif, between the municipalities of Canyelles and Olèrdola, the latter in the Alt Penedès region.

The summit is surrounded by cliffs, but it is a wide ridge. At the highest point we find the geodesic vertex, a few meters from a fire watch tower. On the northeast side, in addition to good views of Montserrat, we will find a large cross. And, a little further down, a great picnic area / viewpoint.

The south face, however, faces the sea and due to its position it enjoys a great panoramic view towards the coast. Therefore, it is a recommended point to contemplate the Mediterranean sunrise.

This is another urbanized peak, that is, it is surrounded by housing developments and this means that a large number of forest tracks go almost all the way to the top. Its low height and the ease of access, not only on foot, but also by car or bicycle, make it a very popular place.
Its magnificent panorama, despite the vegetation, was the reason for installing a watch tower for fire prevention. We also find a geodesic vertex and an iron cross. A few meters below is a viewpoint with benches.
