    St. Lamberti Church is located in the middle of the city between the castle and the town hall. It is the central (and oldest) church in the city and also the church of the bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Oldenburg. In addition to community work, many central services and events take place here. St. Lamberti Church is an open church with lively church music and many offers both for its own parish district and for people from the entire city and the surrounding area.
