Opposite is the Romkerhall waterfall and falls here near Romkerhall on the rocky east flank below the Huthberg foothills "Kleiner Romke" (441.7 m above sea level 64m as an artificial waterfall on the Romker cliff, also known as the marble cliff. There is a part The place name Romkerhalle, initially Rohmker-Halle, has only been used since the opening of the restaurant and lodging house by H. Lüer in 1863. For the romantic activation of the newly opened property, in the same year the artificial waterfall was created. This was initially only opened in the afternoon. Today it attracts thousands of visitors. The Romkerhall waterworks is also located on the street. Romkerhalle is the starting point and transit point for many hikes. A path leads down the river along the Oker surrounded by steep rocks, which are used by climbers especially on weekends , of which this hike is also a part.
