Also sensational to drive in winter: Since it is on the north side of the Mueterschwandenberg, the ground is mostly frozen and there are hardly any muddy spots (quite different from before the start of the trail, where you have to go up to the vantage point... the meadow near the Drachenflue is a mud field with a little bit of sun).There are many leaves; If you like to see the ground in detail while driving, summer is definitely recommended. The larger stones at pedal height can be seen despite the leaves and snow.
