Very nice cycle path and part of the long-distance cycle route Berlin - Copenhagen. The cycle path shows a little damage from the direction of Bredereiche at the beginning of the forest because it is built very close to the trees and with its small rises and falls it feels a bit like a roller coaster where you have to steer yourself ;)
From Brede oak the cycle path first leads slightly hilly past a field, then into the forest, where it goes up and down a bit. There is also the Swedish oak, which is a natural monument and is said to be around 600 years old. Back out of the forest, we head into Himmelpfort in a small arc, where there are also a few benches. Directly behind the town entrance sign you can take the turnoff to the cycle road towards Lychen via Pian or you can stay on Stolpseestraße and drive through the town to stay on the long-distance cycle path towards Rostock via Fürstenberg/Havel.
