The hike starts at the outdoor pool in Hollfeld and runs on a forest path at the edge of the forest along the Kainachtal. From there there are beautiful views of the valley. The total length of the Korat Hollfeld Memorial Trail is about 6 km and the trail runs to Kainach. The children's adventure trail is a shortened variant that crosses the Kainach and the valley after about 2 km and leads back to the outdoor pool in Hollfeld on the opposite side. Various jogging routes are also signposted in the Kainachtal, which are between 3 km and 11 km long and are also well suited for a jogging tour with children due to the nature of the path.
