    The Borzi Dar high moor is one of the largest nature reserves in the Ore Mountains. Although peat has been extracted here for many hundreds of years, the rest of the bog is fairly well preserved throughout the reserve and the beauty of these important biotopes can be observed. Nevertheless, the drought in the summers makes things difficult for the moor. It will take centuries for it to be a really well-functioning bog again.

    The best way to marvel at the moor with its typical vegetation is from the paths with footbridges.

        The Božídarské rašeliniště (Božídarské rašeliniště) educational trail leads through a part of the Božídarské rašeliniště (God's Gift of Peat Bog) National Nature Reserve, which has been declared a Wetland of International Significance under the Ramsar Convention.

        The 3 km long nature trail begins at the Erzgebirge Magistrale, where the first information board is located. The major part of the trail leads over wooden walkways, which ensure the safety of tourists, peat bogs and rare animal and plant species found here.
        There are 12 information boards along the Božídarské rašeliniště (God's Giver's Peat Bog) educational trail dedicated to the milieu and peculiarities of the peat bog, the history of peat extraction in the Ore Mountains and other topics.
