In De Gesteentetuin you take a journey through time. That journey starts about 200,000 years ago. In the Gesteentetuin you can see a number of boulders left behind by the glaciers of the penultimate ice age in the Noordoostpolder. In the visitor center you can view an exhibition about the origin of the earth and of stones. And of course you can also find information about the history and nature of Schokland.

Take a journey through time in the visitor centre De Gesteentetuin. This journey begins around 200,000 years ago.
