    The “Anna” mill, built in 1904, is located at the entrance to Nübbel. Due to economic changes, the mill was destined for demolition in 1976.
    The Schleswig-Holsteinische Heimatbund - local association Nübbel - has secured the continued existence of the mill Anna with an extensive exhibition.
    In the indoor and outdoor area, exhibits from the fields of house construction, agriculture and wooden shipbuilding are shown. Nübbel was an important location for wooden shipbuilding until 1913. The exhibits and tools from this period are presented to people and groups in guided tours. Since 2005 the mill has been owned by the "Mühle Anna" foundation.

    In the museum smithy there is a functional smithy, where blacksmithing demonstrations take place on special occasions. The museum forge has become a meeting point where people meet every Friday in the even calendar weeks to exchange ideas.
