The Hanse’sche Ritterhof was built between 1649 and 1652 by Joachim Hanses, lease holder of the Hadmersleben office. Nothing is known about the knight who used to own the farm. The western gable wall of the main building should be emphasized, which has decorative Renaissance elements and a seating niche portal with a lion's head and family coat of arms above the round arch. The other walls of the house are half-timbered. The saddle roof has 4 rare gables on each side. Remnants of the old castle (office) have been preserved. The old wall ring on the steep bank of the old Bode (today's brewing pit) is easy to see. The farm buildings of the domain were built on it. In place of the old core castle with keep, a two-winged fort with a stair tower was later built in the northeast corner through reconstruction of the fortress. In 1706 the renaissance castle was replaced by a baroque plastered building. The late-Gothic house, a coat of arms of the Magdeburg canons from 1580 and a gate tower from 1586 in the outer bailey, on which a drawbridge was probably attached, are worth seeing. The moat can still be seen on the sides facing away from the old Bode.
