Among the curious bridges of Singapore, one must definitely mention the Helix Bridge, which opened in 2010. The covered pedestrian bridge is characterized by the unusual design. Helix Bridge, Singapore Steel served as the main building material in the bridge construction. Helix is located in the center of bustling Singapore and connects two major districts - Marina Center and Marina Bay. In 2010, a few weeks after the opening, Helix Brücke was awarded the World's Best Transport Building prize at the World Architecture Festival Awards festival. The size of the bridge is quite impressive. Their length is 280 meters. For tourists and city dwellers, four large observation decks were set up on the bridge, from which the magnificent panorama of the most picturesque districts of Singapore opens up.
