Relatively long trail (for the area) with short climb in the middle. Ideal for training for enduro races. Starts at the “häxenhüsli“ @Tanzplatz (near Pt. 1070). First along the marked, fast&rooty hiking trail. Then fast dirtroad around a hill and a 30m climb to the start of the new fast and flowy part in the Siehen wood, near Leenhubel. Follow the main dirt road down for 20m and then turn right into a straight and fast marked short hiking trail. Cross (mostly straight) a couple of logging roads in the new part which is quite well visible in the meantime for about 1km. Finish on a steep rooty marked hiking trail with a couple of interesting switchbacks (watch out for hikers). @moosgrabe near Zäziwil the paved road can be climbed again with a nice gradient for another round or the “Bromi Trail”.

I rode the trail today. The Trailforks description gets right to the point. The start is directly behind the Hüsli dance floor and first follows the hiking trail, as a rooty hiking trail that is partly filled with loose stones. It can be driven on quickly. The middle part is beautiful in terms of landscape but does not offer any technical challenge. Gravel paths lead to the third section. The last and third part, after the short ascent, is very flowing again and has a few smaller jumps. At the end of the trail becomes steeper, has a few switchbacks and some key points with roots. Trenches suggest that it could be very greasy and slippery here when wet.
