North of the picturesque seaside resort Binz rises in the middle of the dense coastal forest of Prora, the imposing wooden tower of the Natural Heritage Center Rügen. Just like in an eagle's nest, visitors here feel in the lookout tower of the same name, which, with a height of 40 meters, promises a magnificent view over the more than 10 kilometers long beach of Prora.

A nice way through the treetops. There is a lot to see and learn. The view from the Eagle's Nest is really great and almost covers the whole island.
