Bregenz offers great highlights. When the weather is nice, you can climb the long promenade directly into Lake Constance via stairs at short intervals. The port with the jetty is also worth a stop. A little further away from the lakeshore is the valley station of the Pfänderbahn. Capacity 80 people. It took a bit of getting used to in Corona time, as mask, but no distance possible. The mountain is only just over 1000m high, but when the weather is nice you have a wonderful 3-country view and Lake Constance. Unfortunately, it is also very crowded upstairs. The journey (mountain and valley) costs € 13.90 per adult. But there are also discounts for people over 65, disabled people, etc. In my opinion, it's only really worth it when the weather is nice.
