The cones of the geysers rise in impressive colors from the bottom of the river valley and spit out bubbling, lukewarm water. At the weekend it is a popular destination of the locals.

Do not forget bathing suits and before the roadside treats for a picnic shopping.

I found the following interesting info on this website ...

Underground pipes provide a real spectacle
The most fascinating thing about the geysers is certainly the color of the rocks: yellow and brown are strongly reminiscent of sulfur, but the water from the geysers is absolutely odorless and anything but poisonous. Playing children can always be discovered in the lukewarm water. This may be because the alleged geysers are a phenomenon created by human hands.
To drain the nearby argonite mines, numerous drainage pipes were laid out of iron. The groundwater in this area is very warm and contains a lot of carbon dioxide. Both ensure that the lime and rust of the pipes slowly but surely dissolve and enrich the water. While the carbon dioxide bubbles up to the surface, the lime deposits and ensures the impressive shape of the cone, which are repeatedly misjudged as geysers.
The rust also embedded in the water of the pipes in turn ensures the unmistakable color of the cone. As the carbonic acid penetrates to the surface and the openings are getting smaller and smaller thanks to the sedimenting lime, there is the so-called soda bottle effect, which some experts have misinterpreted in the past. Again and again it comes to blockages at the openings, which then gives rise to particularly large water fountains when the plug dissolves under the pressure of water and the lukewarm water explodes to the surface. Few years ago fountains were possible up to several meters.
