The white mill is a district of the municipality of Estenfeld in the district of Würzburg.

The White Mill is located on the southern bank of the Kürnach between Estenfeld and Lengfeld.
The White Mill was first mentioned in 1144, when half of the Sehemullin was lying on the ground of the church, for which she had to pay two pounds of wax annually as interest. In 1507 the Engelgarten Charterhouse in Würzburg took over full rule of the village. The Bürgerspital Würzburg built the mill wing in 1562, which is reminiscent of the door arch to the cellar.

On April 4, 1604, the Engelgarten Charterhouse and the Würzburg Citizens Hospital swapped the Obere Mühle in Versbach and the White Mühle in Estenfeld. In 1666 the Engelgarten Charterhouse became the owner of the entire area, including meadows, fields and vineyards. In 1803, in the course of secularization, the provost's office and the monastery were closed and their belongings were auctioned. The White Mill with 22.6 hectares of arable land and 20 acres of vineyards fell under the hammer.

It is named after the white flour ground there. On behalf of the Charterhouse, the white flour miller sold the white flour to the Würzburg monasteries and parishes for the production of the wafers.

On August 5, 1966, the municipality of Estenfeld bought the White Mill with only 7.7 hectares of remaining arable land. The construction of the mill and multi-purpose hall began in 1985, and in 1987 the inauguration of the mill with restaurant and multi-purpose hall took place.
