On the southern bank of the Main (Schaumainkai) there are a number of Frankfurt museums for all tastes, be it art in the Städelmuseum, in the Giersch Museum at Goethe University, in the Liebieghaus Sculpture Collection, in the Museum of Applied Arts, Technology in the Architecture Museum or the Postal Museum (officially the Museum for Communication ) or even entertainment in the film museum.
