The Lech is not just any river. It is a totally wild river, north of the Alps, the Lechtal is considered the last wild river landscape. The Tyrolean Lech is unmistakable! During floods, the Lech is wild and impetuous. And can carry up to a hundred times more water in summer than in winter when the water level is low.
