This popular tourist attraction is proved to be the fortress walls of the Therme. This ancient city, Thermopolis, was popular for the natural hot mineral springs. When you visit this site, you will see the Roman baths from the 1st century AD. There are different warm and cold pools and numerous medieval rooms. The museum opened in 2015 exhibits the artefacts like bathroom accessories, numerous coins of different ages, golden earrings and inscriptions. All these were found in Akve Khalid. The outer area of the establishment is developed in a modern way. There are badminton courts, football, tennis fields and a separate playground for kids. Gardens around the site have elegant fountains. Visit this place, learn about the local history and relax in the shade of trees.
