    What is first noticed by Groß Neuendorf and partly reduced to it is the monument ensemble "Kulturhafen Groß Neuendorf", which was renovated in 2005 by the Berlin architect Jens Plate. The loading tower was converted into a holiday apartment on the four upper floors and into a tower café with an exhibition on the lower three floors. The former conveyor bridge serves as an access and viewing platform. The swings attached there are enjoyed by young and old. The machine house now houses a hotel and restaurant. It is also possible to stay overnight in railway wagons, one of which is used as a small theatre. There is a skate park, bike rental (unfortunately closed) and other offers. The restaurant business in the "machine house" is z. Currently discontinued, but the café "Zum goldenen Klapprad" opened on the premises in 2020.
    In addition to the port facilities consisting of a loading tower, remains of the tracks of the Oderbruchbahn, quay wall and machine house with separating and drying building, there are other sights that only become apparent on a tour of the town: three cemeteries (Jewish cemetery, cemetery with old and new cemetery in the former park and a Soviet military cemetery), an exhibition of agricultural machinery, a pottery yard for brown goods, some beautiful half-timbered houses and always beautiful views of the Oder.
