Stunning experience on the lonely mountain with great views. There are only guided (usually 2-day) tours possible, which are made with a guide. Better take a layer to wear more than usual. The wait for the sunrise can be damn cold - despite the tropical region! The classic 3 layers (eg Merinoshirt, Softshell, Hardshell) are only recommended for the ascent. Better still have an insulation jacket at the summit.
