Easter Monday, Whit Monday and October 3rd: 11 am–5pm.
Good Friday, Ascension Day, May 1st, Christmas to New Year: Closed

Entry to the memorial is free.
Donations enable the memorials to be opened free of charge.

A sad chapter in German history. It is all the more important that such memorials exist and are preserved for future generations.
Very nice rest areas for hikers and cyclists have been created at the memorial. With new plants, which of course have not grown very much at the moment. When that happens, it will be a very nice rest area. Another option for a break is at the top of the memorial. But you have to sit on the grass there because there are no benches.
There are a number of information boards on the grounds around the building. I think they are very well done and informative. I didn't go into the museum itself because my dog was with me.
