Definitely recommended. Especially in summer it's great to combine it with the barrage and the Kronsnest ferry. The barrage and the Kronsnest ferry are open on weekends from May 1st to October 3rd. At the ferry there are great cakes and waffles on Sundays.

Between the thatched gables in the marshland, you can see the 700-meter-long avenue on the Seestermühe estate from afar.
The linden avenue dates back to the 18th century and leads to a teahouse.
It was laid out in 1710 as the center of a baroque garden in the French style.
Almost 600 trees were arranged in four rows to accompany the estate's guests on their way to the buildings.
At the end of the 700-meter-long, nature-protected and listed avenue is the teahouse, which is now used as an apartment. The avenue consists mainly of linden trees, with only a few hornbeams in the area of a small canal section.
