The forest spirit path is a wide path in the Otterbach valley, a good 2 km long.

On every corner there is a new, great, funny and/or bizarre piece of wood carving.

It is the life's work of Volker Dahl from Oberotterbach, who spent countless hours voluntarily making the forest spirit figures from tree trunks along the path.

Thank you very much for these great works.

I hope they will remain preserved for a very long time.

The artist also has a small gallery in Oberotterbach with smaller works to look at or buy.
