Chapel in the Kluisdreef with healing source, the "Kluizeputteke", also called "children's source" (origin of the Hekelgem newborns).
Legend says that the Affligem monk Radulphus died here. His body is said to have been buried in the chapel, where his memory remains alive today.
The foundation of the chapel is attributed to Saint Ursmarus (end of the 7th and beginning of the 8th century), who Christianized the region and built several cellas. The choir of the former chapel is the current building and dates from 1758. In this chapel the statue of Our Lady is enthroned between a wreath of angels. It is specially honored during the commencement of 'Beloken Easter' and in the month of May. In 1976, the Kluizekermas was restored by the 'Friends of the Kluis', who also took the initiative to restore the chapel (1977).
