The St. Gallenberg Monastery, also St. Gallusberg, is a Benedictine monastery near Oberbüren in Switzerland. It is a member of the Swiss Benedictine Federation. The monastery arose from the acquisition of Glattburg Castle from the possession of the Glattburg inn by the St. Gallen monastery.

The roots of Glattburg go back to Libingen in Toggenburg. In 1754, the local pastor at the time, Josef Helg, founded an "association of pious virgins" for the purpose of eternal worship. The community became viable when the monastery of St. Gallen took care of it. Prince Abbot Cölestin Gugger II gave her the Rule of St. Benedict with the condition of maintaining perpetual adoration. Structural and financial reasons prompted Prince Abbot Beda Angehrn to move the monastery to the Glattburg in 1781, which was first mentioned in a document in 788 as a gift to the St. Gallen monastery. Abbot Bede said when moving: "Now we are moving from Neu St. Gallen Libingen to St. Gallenberg Glattburg."
