The kite angle

At one point, an evil dragon lived near Laucha, in a gorge. People and cattle fell victim to him all the time and no remedy was in sight. The westward part of the gorge is therefore still called "Kummerberg"; the gorge, however, "Der Drachenwinkel", the dragon dragged its victims there.

One day, a shepherd from Hirschroda, whose lover the dragon had also fetched and eaten, lurked the dragon one day and smashed his skull with a boulder, which he had rolled over in secret and hard work and finally let fall when the dragon fell in the gorge had just settled.

The monster was nowhere to be seen.

At the end of the 19th century, however, huge skeletal remains were found near this gorge during excavation work. Do they come from the dragon killed?
