The Caputh Castle is located in the Caputh district of the Schwielowsee municipality near the Brandenburg state capital Potsdam on Lake Templin.
It belongs to the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation Berlin-Brandenburg and was the summer residence of the Brandenburg electors from the end of the 16th to the end of the 17th century.
