The state-approved resort of Zierow is located on the west coast of Mecklenburg's Baltic Sea coast, directly on the Bay of Wismar. Zierow is surrounded by fields, meadows and forests and has an approximately two-kilometer stretch of Baltic Sea coast on the Eggers Wiek. Spacious farmland, avenues, rows of trees, hillocks, copses and hedges characterize the landscape in and around Zierow.
