Wir haben bewegunghilft.de mit unserer Gruppe „RheinHessen-Komootianten“ gerockt.
Mit 9.321 km landeten wir auf Platz 2 von 83 Teams, nach einem Kopf-an-Kopf Rennen mit dem Sieger-Team "WaFü-Hospitz".

Es gibt auch 2024 auf bewegunghilft.de wieder eine Gruppe „RheinHessen-Komootianten“.
Und wir wollen wieder möglichst viele km für die gute Sache wandern, laufen und gehen.

Eigentlich Motorradfahrer 🏍 und Läufer 🏃♂️.
Aber Corona hat mich zum Wanderer gemacht.
Beim Wandern bin ich meistens mit Veronika 💖, Ferdi 🦊, Hasi 🐰und Poldi unterwegs.
Achtung bitte meine Touren nicht "blind" nachlaufen,
da ich gerne auch ´mal querfeldein Passagen einbaue.

108 Touren mit 1.372 km (davon 16 Laufen und 3 Fahrrad)

ROSENGARTEN RUNDWEG Rund um Rüdesheim mit der weltbekannten Weinlage „Rüdesheimer Rosengarten“ führt Sie der Wanderweg auf ca. 8 km entlang von Feldern und Weinbergen. Sanfte Hügel mit einer tollen Aussicht, versteckte Orchideen, oder der verwunschene Bachlauf des Ellerbachs laden zum Verweilen ein.
