      Idaturm
      The Idaturm is a 28 meter high observation tower on the 211 m above sea level. The all-round view extends to the Mindener Land, to Obernkirchen, to the Weser Mountains and, in clear weather, to the Steinhuder Meer. At the foot of the tower is an excursion restaurant that has reopened since December 6, 2014. After a renovation and the installation of a new fresh water and sewage pipe, the old castle kitchen from Bückeburg took over the direction. The tower is a popular hiking destination between Bückeburg and Bad Eilsen.
