The residential complex on Peterstrasse is, apart from the former Beylingstift (39), a reconstruction of houses from the Katharinenviertel. It conveys a piece of old Hamburg and in one passage you can see the history and pictures of the old quarter.

On December 16, 2014, a symbolic key handover took place for the new showrooms, and on March 19, 2015, the Museumsquartier was officially opened.
