    “The white church of the Benedictine Dormition Mariae Abbey rises high on Mount Zion. In 1898 Kaiser Wilhelm II suggested this imposing building; It was completed in 1906 and entrusted to the Benedictines of the Archabbey of Beuron. The Dormition Church preserves the memory of the Blessed Mother, who is said to have died here. (...) A small atmospheric chapel, from which a window offers a view of the Gothic communion hall, offers the opportunity to celebrate the Eucharist in the place dedicated to the memory of the institution of the sacrament."
